Purpose. Study of the problems and shortcomings in the work of information-analytical structures in Russia, causes for the emergence of the crisis of institutional development expertise, analytics in the political aspect. Methods. The author analyzed the spectrum of issues related to the Russian analytics (the methodology of case study) using an integrated multidisciplinary approach, combining the role of expert knowledge in the political system, the interpretation of the expert accompaniment of political decisions, as well as social psychology approach to identify the dynamics of intra-group collaboration and communication analysis of expert structures with с political decision-making by power bodies. Results. Analysis of the results of the case studies has been used to the extent they are determined by the peculiarities of the activity of the public authorities in general and patterns of building expert accompaniment of political decisions. A retrospective comparison of the effects of financial crises, including those caused by international sanctions wars and instability in international financial markets allows to make a conclusion about the increased significantly the internal struggle between political elites protecting social ideas and financial interests of the country. Scientific novelty. Scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that in the course of the study, theoretical approach, not previously used in studies of expert councils, is necessary to be applied in order to obtain results to assess the content of the expert councils activity and development of the empirical base for further studies of interaction of interest groups of experts with the State authorities.

Purpose. The article is devoted to conceptualization of the notion "political examination" and its analysis. Methods. In the article, the author used such techniques as statistical analysis, content analysis, and expert assessment. Results and scientific novelty. In the article the author analyzed the notion and essence of political expertise, demontstrated a relationship of expert structures and political decisions making of power bodies, determined the conditions for development of institutionalized basics of political expertise.

An overview of the process of expert support for the preparation and adoption of political decisions to public authorities on the example of activity of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation and Councils at the Federal bodies of Executive power. Methods. The article uses methods such as analysis of regulations, content analysis, and expert assessment. Results. In order to improve the efficiency of state authorities of the presence of public control and directed activity of public councils at public authorities is a necessary element for qualitative preparation and political decision-making in the field of public administration. Thanks to the Public chamber of the Russian Federation as the Institute of civil society presence of business and science in the system of bodies of state management is taking place and a system of delegation of interests to power bodies is being created.
