Purpose. To consider the functioning process of international mega space. The authors studied integration processes taking place in the world economic space. Methods. Research methodology is based on applying general theoretical methods, including the method of logical synthesis, analysis, as well as special legal methods, including a formal-legal one. Results. The authors studied original texts of international agreements and their projects; identified the need for the urgent search of a new balance of private and public principles and mega space coordination mechanisms, in particular, in foreign trade. Scientific novelty and originality. On the basis of the studied texts of international agreements and their projects the authors set the ratio and interdependence of individual needs of business entities and public interest included in megaspace of the states that fated huge importance of foreign markets.
