Purpose. The article is devoted to the crisis legal consciousness as its non-typical type. Methods. The main principles used are institutional and systemic analysis, synthesis method and evaluation. Results. The author analyzes the specifics of the crisis legal consciousness, its nature, considering peculiarities of the person’s perception of social reality.
