Purpose. Analysis of legal nature of relationship with board members, board chairperson, contract relations of condominium in realizing their activity. Methods. Content analysis of scientific literature, periodicals on the considered topic, normative legal acts, data of the department on reformation of urban economy in Kursk. Results and scientific novelty. The author determines major directions of condominium, proposes amendments to the existing normative legal acts to improve legal mechanism of elations among board members, board chairperson and condominium members, determines major directions of modernization of the researched sphere.
