The subject of the article are the political views of the Black Hundred unions on the issue of government, a representative of the authority, in connection with its establishment Manifesto of October 17, 1905. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the views of representatives of organizations monarchical, Russian Assembly of the Union of Russian People, the Union of Russian People on the matter. This goal is achieved through the study of archival materials using scientific methods of historical research and the use of the basic methods of historical research. Shows that extreme right believed that the idea of parliamentary, expressed in the Manifesto, legalize political views that undermine the foundations of the state system of Russia, based on their opinion on the autocracy.
